Privacy notice
Under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this notice explains how we process the personal data you give us through this website, for example when you request our catalogue or write to us using the contact form.

What data we collect
Your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of any messages you send us.
Why we use them and on what legal basis
Sending the catalogue and answering enquiries: to send you the catalogue and reply to your commercial or technical questions. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we cannot send you the catalogue.
News and offers by email: only if you have given your consent by ticking the relevant box. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is optional and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
Legal obligations: to comply with tax, accounting or other legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep them
Data used to send the catalogue and handle enquiries is kept for as long as needed to manage the business relationship and in any case no longer than 24 months from our last contact. Data used for promotional emails is kept until you withdraw your consent. Data subject to legal obligations is kept for the periods required by law.
Who we share them with
Data is processed by authorised PLANA Sistemi staff and by providers of IT services to us (for example the platform that runs our website and business software), who act as data processors. We do not sell your data to third parties. If data ever needs to be transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will only do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing, by writing to info@planasistemi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
